Mr. Lai Xue Jun (Chairman)
Director of IGS Security Company. He’s also a founder of IGS Myanmar Company. He is the Director of Golden City in Myanmar, a project based in Singapore. He is the Vice President of Myanmar Rowing Association. Leading the Golden City project real estate construction, property management service to Golden City resident and also handling the International Golden Shield Security Company Limited. The purpose of establishing ISG Security Company is to fully assure the safety of company organizations and the people in Myanmar.
U Thant Zin
U Thant Zin is a General Manager who can do security technology and he has 25 years of skillful experience. His working experience and techniques have been a great help to IGS Security Company. He is able to build good relationships with government offices which are related to security, and receives timely and real-time information flow. Processes can be prepared in advance. He understands the security market in Myanmar and the needs of client.
Daw Khine Yin Win
Daw Khine Yin Win is a manager of IGS company. She is handling the rules and regulations of the security guards in IGS Company. Her HR experience is over (24) years and she is the one who mainly worked in the training section. She also has HR experience in international companies and banks. She is able to focus on improving the efficiency of security personnel and making them disciplined. She is responsible for providing quality security personnel for our partner companies.
Myo Min Thant
U Myo Min Thant is a Finance manager of IGS Security Co.,Ltd. He has 18 years of experience in Financial Controlling from 2007 to now and is able to work in the financial management section. In addition, he also worked as a Finance Manager for companies in Singapore for 7 years. He is responsible for the financial management of the IGS Security Company and is also responsible for the financial report. He is also trustworthy.
Phyo Wai Aung
Phyo Wai Aung is currently employed as the security manager at IGS company. He is expert implementing effective techniques and providing security training. Additionally, he has extensive experience in using security accessories and ensuring efficient use. He can lead the security outsourcing services of IGS company to efficiently provide security solutions for client, ensuring the safety of the client premises.
Poe Ei Tar Htun
Poe Ei Tar Htun is a dedicated and efficient General Manager Secretary at IGS, where she plays a key role in ensuring efficient executive operations. She is highly organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication and coordination skills. Partnering with IGS, clients and stakeholders can trust in the professionalism and reliability of its management team.
